It is also a spot for locals of tourist destinations to post positive stories that you have about travelers, especially those that had a positive impact while visiting. Have you ever traveled to a foreign country and been helped out by a happy cheerful local?  Maybe you found that the people in a country are exceptionally cordial towards Americans.
